# Staff Pay > Full-site context for AI systems and search: Staff Pay is Nigeria-focused payment automation for employers, households, and individuals: payroll, bills, gifts, schedules, Quick Transfers, paysheet imports, Identity Book checks, staff portal, branded payslips, refer-and-earn, Tax Lab (beta), bank transfers via Paystack and Flutterwave (and eBills for bills where configured), beneficiary management, optional Executive Services, TOTP two-factor authentication, Staffy AI on web/WhatsApp/Telegram after linking, and a free payslip generator for documentation use cases. Staff Pay is built as a modern web application (Next.js) with a secure dashboard for companies and operators. The product's core use case is employer payroll: maintaining staff and beneficiary records, funding a wallet, and paying salaries on demand or on a schedule. The same scheduling and transfer tools support legitimate recurring payments outside traditional employment, such as household staff or personal allowances. Owners can import paysheets from spreadsheets or photos (review at /imports), run optional identity checks before paying people or vendors, publish branded payslips, invite staff to a portal for payslips and payment requests, delegate access to accountants via team roles, and use reports for cash flow and payroll history. Tax Lab (beta) at /compliance surfaces statutory deadlines and planning figures; it is not tax advice. A separate free payslip generator helps HR teams and employees produce consistent payslip PDFs and exports for visas, mortgages, overseas employers, banks, and internal files; running live payroll with balances and approvals happens in the main Staff Pay application. Payment operations rely on Paystack for Nigerian bank rails; wallet checkout may also use Flutterwave, and bill payments may route through Flutterwave or eBills where configured. Fees are generally tied to money moved through the platform (for example, a percentage on deposits) rather than a standing monthly licence for typical self-serve use. Security expectations include authenticated sessions, optional TOTP-based two-factor authentication, and handling of personal and financial data in line with Nigerian privacy practice (NDPR/NDPA) as described in the privacy policy. Executive Services is an optional service layer: a dedicated Staff Pay contact can operate payroll on behalf of the customer with email updates, direct professional communication, and continued dashboard visibility for the employer. This is distinct from self-serve automation where the customer initiates each run. Native iOS and Android apps are in active development and are not on app stores yet.
